Geneen Roth

For over thirty years, Geneen has worked with hundreds of thousands of people, helping them transform difficult relationships with food and so much more. She is one of the originators of the intuitive eating movement and using food and eating as a doorway to spirituality (and to uncovering our deepest beliefs about being alive). Her pioneering approach outlines the link between compulsive eating and perpetual dieting with deeply personal and spiritual issues such as forgiveness and trust in the unseen that go far beyond food, weight and body image.

Geneen is the author of ten books, including her newest book, This Messy Magnificent Life, and the New York Times bestsellers Women Food and God, Lost and Found and When Food Is Love . Geneen has appeared on: Super Soul Sunday, The Oprah Show, 20/20, The NBC Nightly News, The View, The Today Show, and Good Morning America. She lives in California with charms of hummingbirds; her husband Matt; and Izzy the fabulous, eating-disordered dog. For more information on Geneen and her work, visit her website at:
