Sliding Scale: $75 – 200. Code AL2D18.
5.5 CE credits available for $55 for psychologists and California licensed MFTs, LCSWs, LEPs, LPCCs, and nurses.
Ancient contemplative and mindful practices support us to live with wisdom, compassion, and ease. Science is showing us the many ways these can vitalize spiritual, emotional, metabolic, and cellular health and how to make sustainable life changes.
In this day retreat, you will be introduced to and immersed in mindfulness, heart focused practices, as well as mindful eating and self care practices, all part of a fulfilling, mindful healthstyle. When practiced regularly, these enhance well-being, fulfillment, and can slow the cellular aging process.
Join this trio of a Tibetan Buddhist nun, Mindfulness &Self-Compassion teacher/Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Mind-Body/Meditation researcher for our 5th year in exploring these practices together.
Teachings are appropriate for health care professionals as well as the general public. Health care professionals will be able to incorporate the tools and practices offered in this program in ways beneficial to clients or patients. Continuing Education (CE) credit available. See below for attendance requirements and more information.
