ONLINE: This at-home retreat is offered online only, on a sliding scale basis from $160-$1,300. We invite you to try this creative form of practice as we take care of one another and respond skillfully to COVID-19.

PLEASE NOTE: This retreat will be modified for an at-home schedule and experience.

Retreat Description:
This retreat emerged in response to the historic moment in which we find ourselves now, in the midst of a global pandemic. We offer it as an invitation to practice wholeheartedly in your own life with us, within the supportive container of an online retreat.

We will concentrate on integrating practice with daily life as we navigate the particulars of our circumstances. Some of us are encountering health crises, with fears for ourselves and our loved ones; some are experiencing financial impacts and loss; some are encountering increased racism arising as the health crisis increases pressure on existing social and structural inequities.

You will be invited to know your individual experience through the lens of something larger than any one of us – through the lens of dharma, ritual, and connection to ancestors, deeply exploring a living relationship with refuge.

This retreat is also a living expression of the relationship among its three teachers, the result of many years spent together in dharma practice, teaching, and spiritual friendship.

The teaching team designed this online retreat to cultivate, deepen, and support an at-home practice. The schedule is intentionally lighter and more spacious. We will connect online three times a day for guided meditation, dharma, and sharing. Additional guidance will be provided for integrated practice throughout the days.
