Event Details

Date: Sunday, August 23, 2020; 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Sliding Scale: Dana (By Donation). Code NU1G20.

ONLINE: Spirit Rock’s programs are now offered online only. Our sliding scale options include financial support for our teachers. We invite you to try this creative form of practice as we take care of one another and respond skillfully to COVID-19.

Description:
In this day together, we’ll explore bringing awareness to the six senses, attuning to the feeling tones that arise, and better understanding our relationship to them. In every moment, we experience pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral feeling tones, and meeting them with wisdom and understanding is key to letting go and the freedom that comes with that. During this day retreat, we will have times of guided and silent meditation, walking meditation, Dhamma talks, Q&A, and one period of guided inquiry in pairs.

Other donations are also gratefully accepted, so if you would like to bring provisions for Aloka Vihara Forest Monastery, please click here for an updated dana list.
