Sliding Scale: Dana (by donation). Code JY1G18.

The Buddha called Spiritual Friendship the “whole of the holy life”; and that one who associates with Noble Friends will expect to progress well on the Path of Awakening. Insight Dialogue is a fully engaged, relational co-meditation practice which develops the Factors of Awakening, including sati (mindfulness) and samadhi (concentration) in relationship with others. The practice grounds relationships in the mutual development of wisdom and compassion.

In this day retreat, we will introduce the six guidelines of Insight Dialogue (Pause, Relax, Open, Trust Emergence, Listen Deeply, Speak the Truth) and explore the practice in dyads and small groups as a foundation of spiritual friendship in the whole of our lives.
