Retreat Description:
Understanding the practices of the divine abodes, known as the Brahma Viharas, helps guide us to the clarity needed to see the other shore of peace and freedom. Through mindfulness practices and cultivating the wisdom of the heart, our lives and communities become more engaged and enriched. In this retreat, we will explore ways to strengthen our resilience in times of uncertainty, deepen our compassion to reconnect to our sacred roots, and awaken to the wisdom of lovingkindness.

Our time together will include practices of noble silence, as well as stationary, walking, and movement meditation, allowing us to fully embody our true divine natures.

This retreat is open to all self-identified people of color at all levels of meditation experience. This retreat is offered at special DEI pricing; therefore, there are no scholarships available.

Lottery Details:
The lottery will open tomorrow (January 28th), and will close March 4, 2020 by 5:00 p.m. PT. All applicants must apply online. Please call us if you do not have access to a computer. If you are selected in the lottery, you will be sent an email with a special link to register and pay your retreat fees online.
