Description:
We are all endowed with an innate wisdom and creative force that leans toward freedom and happiness. For many of us, the depth of this wisdom has been cloaked by daily conditioning. As we stand bearing witness to the collapse of systems of immense harm, there is an urgency to return to the memory of that deeply embedded wisdom and reignite its power and presence to strengthen our hearts and minds.

During this day retreat, we will turn the lens of the first noble truth of Ahimsa (non-harming) towards our own hearts, and identify ways to heal the internalized oppression that suppresses our innate vitality and resilience. Through guided meditations, dharma teachings, and shared reflections, we will examine ways to increase our capacity to remain available to the possibility and potentiality of internal and collective freedom.
