Event Details
Sliding Scale: $75 – 200. Code GF3D18.
For many of us, divorce is one of the most painful transitions of our lives. Yet, the teachings of equanimity, impermanence, and letting go can help us move through our suffering into a place of more ease, compassion, and open-heartedness.
We’ll step out of our stories of “who did what to whom,” and allow ourselves to be with what’s actually true, and utilizing various insight practices to help us re-orient towards the path of freedom.
This day retreat is appropriate for anyone who has experienced divorce, whether recent or years ago, and wants to explore (re)awakening their heart.
Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited income) are invited to attend this day for $45.
