5.5 CE credits available for $55 for psychologists and California licensed MFTs, LCSWs, LEPs, LPCCs, nurses, chiropractors, and acupuncturists.

Our inherent joy is like sunlight that is always shining within. This natural radiance is often obscured by passing clouds of emotion and thought. In this workshop, we will share practices and teachings from Buddhist and qigong traditions on how to uncover and reclaim our natural inner joy.

Practices will include movement, meditations and sound. You will learn various qigong movements that awaken joy through strengthening the endocrine and immune systems, thereby reducing stress, anxiety and depression by activating and balancing the energy body.

Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited income) are invited to attend this day for $45.

Teachings are appropriate for health care professionals as well as the general public. Health care professionals will be able to incorporate the tools and practices offered in this program in ways beneficial to clients or patients. Continuing Education (CE) credit available. See below for attendance requirements and more information.
