Event Details

Sliding Scale: $75 – 200. Code JB3D18.

The shift from “thinking” to “being” is one of the most essential aspects of the meditative journey. We will explore somatic practices to quiet the conceptual mind, unlocking the hidden power, warmth, and wisdom of the body.

Drawing upon their father-son Dharma connection, James and Adam Baraz will offer Buddhist teachings from Tibetan yoga and Theravada mindfulness practice. Through experiential exercises and guided meditations, we will focus on the somatic path of spiritual transformation to support “bypassing the thinking mind” which will include techniques to release physical and emotional tension, awaken presence and relax the body into being.

Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited income) are invited to attend this day for $45.
