Sliding Scale: $75 – 200. Code EC2D18.
Freedom or liberation is often considered one of the ultimate goals of our spiritual practice. Yet at times, it can seem daunting, distant, or unattainable, obstructed by a host of obstacles.
In this day retreat, we’ll explore the Buddhist understanding of freedom and discover the innate freedom inherent within mindfulness and awareness. Using the meditative process and interactive investigation, we will examine our relationship to freedom, both conceptually and experientially.
The day will include periods of guided meditation, discussion, breakout groups, and Q&A.
Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited income) are invited to attend this day for $45.
