This special holiday retreat will introduce mindfulness through yoga techniques and meditation. Join together in community to rest into the bounty of the season and enrich your sense of connection with the world.

The yoga asana will be basic, accessible, and focused on the cultivation of mindfulness. Yogic breathing practices will be introduced. Newcomers will have the opportunity to learn about mindfulness, and experienced practitioners will have the opportunity to explore deepening practice. Come prepared to explore the present moment!
