A Benefit for Black Lives Matter and Spirit Rock Meditation Center

Description:
Qigong and dharma practices have been intimately interconnected over the centuries. Through the continuity of meditation in stillness and in motion, we’ll reconnect with our innate goodness, and remember to trust and listen to the wisdom of our Buddha-nature. We’ll learn how the integration of these practices can support empowerment and well-being, in ourselves and in community. Together, we’ll develop skills for mental clarity, vibrant health, and a peaceful heart and spirit. Practices will include standing, sitting, and supine qigong postures, as well as energy alignment. Our time will include meditation, integrated movement, dharma teachings, and opportunities for in-depth instruction in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. All levels and abilities are warmly welcome! Radiant Heart Qigong is tried and tested in the crucible of Zen and vipassanā retreats over 20 years and thousands of hours of practice, to bring about profound grounding and embodied well-being. Join us for this rare and unique opportunity to study and practice with Zen and qigong master Roshi Teja Fudo Myoo Bell in an accessible and profound engagement with dharma and qigong.
