Cost: Sliding Scale $75 – 200. Code MC8D18.
Insight Meditation or Vipassana is a profoundly liberating practice and path to genuine well-being, happiness, and freedom. Grounded in the foundational practice of mindfulness, Insight Meditation enables you to see clearly the truth of your inner and outer experience, providing insight into the ways you create your own suffering and how you can be free of pain and stress.
When you cultivate the kind, curious presence of mindfulness to your moment-to-moment experience, clarity, joy, wisdom, and compassion can arise in the heart. This in turn enables you to deeply know yourself, others and the nature of reality.
Teachings are appropriate for health care professionals as well as the general public. Health care professionals will be able to incorporate the tools and practices offered in this program in ways beneficial to clients or patients. Continuing Education (CE) credit available. See below for attendance requirements and more information.
