Please Note: This retreat is offered online only. We invite you to try this creative form of practice as we take care of one another and respond skillfully to COVID-19.

Qigong, practiced with wise effort and wise intention, can be a powerful, contemplative, and transformative ritual for well-being. Bringing mindfulness into our human experience can help heal and restore our bodies, bring clarity and centeredness to our minds and nervous system, and create calm-abiding in our minds, bodies, and spirits.

Together, we will explore ways to practice the skillful, simple, and transformational pathway of Qigong Dharma. Our time together will include periods of standing, sitting, meditation, stillness and motion, and questions and comments. Join us for a day of embodied Dharma and well-being. All are warmly welcome!
