Date: Friday, April 17, 2020; 10:00am – 4:30pm.
Sliding Scale: $95 – 200. Code WN1D20.
Note: The average cost per person, per day to Spirit Rock to offer a program is $160.

This day retreat combines the ancient practices of Buddhist mindfulness meditation and yoga, allowing the techniques to support each other and create a sense of mind-body connection, vitality, and well-being. The retreat will feature an exploration of Buddhist and Yogic philosophy, as well as plenty of poetry and good humor! There will also be ample time for discussion, as well as attention to individual challenges. The retreat is appropriate for both experienced and beginning students of mindfulness meditation and/or yoga.

General Information

Online registration for our programs is available until 12 noon of the last business day prior to the day of the event (e.g. online registration for a Monday program ends at 12 noon on the prior Friday). There is an additional $5 fee for registering at the door. If you can’t attend an event you registered for, please see our Cancellation Policy.
