Date: Friday, April 17, 2020; 10:00am – 4:00pm.
Sliding Scale: $45 – $200. Code WN1D20.
Note: The average cost per person, per day to Spirit Rock to offer a program is $160.

This online day retreat will explore the practice of Buddhist mindfulness meditation and how to apply it while seated, standing, walking and lying down. The practices will help us cultivate a greater sense of mind-body-heart connection, leading to a new feeling of ease and well-being.

With Wes and Jill guiding you there will be no shortage of humor, poetry and kindness to support you during this current time. There will be ample time for discussion, questions and answers so that the practices experienced will be applicable and practical for life as it is right now.

General Information

Online registration for our programs is available until 12 noon of the last business day prior to the day of the event (e.g. online registration for a Monday program ends at 12 noon on the prior Friday). There is an additional $5 fee for registering at the door. If you can’t attend an event you registered for, please see our Cancellation Policy.
