Description:
“Just as in the ocean there is but one taste, the taste of salt, so in these teachings there is but one taste, the taste of liberation.” ~Buddha

The Buddha saw that for many beings, life is bound by greed, hatred, and delusion. But there is another way – the way of healing and unbinding the heart-mind into the experience of freedom. In this retreat, we will highlight moments of genuine freedom in our experience. We will learn to rest in those moments, to soak in the state of freedom.

Recommended for those who wish to deepen their practice.
