As the drumbeat of tragedy fills the mind of the world, many of us are feeling grief or fear, and often a sense of helplessness. In this day retreat, we will turn to face these difficult emotions, while simultaneously invigorating our love for the world and our desire to engage in collective healing.

Through inspirational teachings, meditation and personal sharing , we will explore the ways that we are connected to each other and the life of the planet. Our exploration as a community will help us on the path of our personal and collective liberation as we gather and provide strength to each other to heal the wounds of our world.

Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited income) are invited to attend this day for $45.
