Sliding Scale: $0 – 108. Code PB1D20.

Online Only: We are now offering this program online only, via Livestream, so you may join us remotely. Once registered, you will receive instructions and a Livestream link. We invite you to try this creative form of practice as we navigate the unfolding of the Coronavirus situation. We are continuing to respond by evolving our practices and policies to keep everyone safe and supported, while still serving as a place of refuge and honoring our community’s commitment to the Dharma and sangha.
Description:
The Buddha taught, “Learn to let go, this is the secret to happiness.” Sometimes, when we open to our own sadness or feel the pain of the world, we are left with inner turmoil and burnout. How can we follow the Buddha’s teachings to open with love to our suffering, live gently in the world, and let go gracefully of the things that are not meant for us? This day retreat will offer Buddhist practices for letting go that can restore our sense of freedom and balance our minds and hearts. Our time together will include periods of sitting and walking meditation, instructions, short talks, discussion, and Q&A.
Please note, CE Credits are no longer available for this program. If you paid for CE credits you may receive an open credit for a future program, or donate the CE credit fee portion. Please email us at eventsregistrar@spiritrock.org.
