Date: March 16, 2019; 10:00am – 4:30pm
Sliding Scale: $75 – 200. Code AT1D19.

Description:
When we cultivate loving kindness, we bring an embracing attention to meet what is arising in our body, heart, and mind, choosing love over fear. This becomes the basis for radiating loving kindness in the world; moving past isolation and connecting with others who may look and be very different from us.

This unique day retreat will combine loving kindness meditation, spiritual song and movement. It will connect disparate people into community cohesiveness, empathetic resonance, and joy.
