Sliding Scale: $75 – 200. Code NW1D18.
As we approach the Fall Equinox, we are reminded of the possibility found in natural balance of opposites. Similarly, silent practices and expressive practices enhance one another: they quiet the mind, calm the heart, give rise to surprising insight, and release our wildness. Spontaneous self-expression in partnership with meditation can also lead to deepened equanimity, energized presence, and greater awareness.
This day will include meditation, writing, and the uplifting embodied practices of movement, easy improv games, and storytelling. Develop presence and enhance your capacity for spontaneity, have fun, and leave with tools you can apply to your personal and professional lives!
Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited income) are invited to attend this day for $45.
