As the #metoo movement continues, do you feel a power and clarity rising in you? Are longing for community and space to share your story and your vision?

The core of the Buddhist teachings illuminates, with the principle of non-harming and meditation practice, the innate goodness of our hearts. And yet, violence against women is pervasive. Misogyny permeates, shapes, and suffocates the life-force of our society. These injustices have lain buried in the depths of our individual and collective psyches, but no longer.

We hear you. We believe you. We are you.

This day is an opportunity to rest in the stillness of practice with a collective group of women, and will include silent and moving meditation, ritual, listening to each other’s stories, and gathering wise responses based on a vision of collective liberation for all beings.

There will be a community altar, where personal objects are welcome to be blessed with our presence and prayers throughout the day. You will be able take items home. Please also bring a journal and a packed lunch.

All those who identify as female are welcome.

All Spirit Rock proceeds will benefit the Spirit Rock Scholarship Fund.

Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited income) are invited to attend this day for $45.
