Description:
Entering into a deep appreciation of our embodiment can open doors to profound understanding. We begin to experience the interconnectedness of all that exists and the support inherent in that recognition. Full embodiment provides a base from which we can recognize the freedom of non-conceptual awareness. Even a glimpse of this begins to transform our lives, opening us to greater freedom and ease. Through guided meditations, movement, and inquiry we will explore the direct experience of taking in the support that arises through embodiment.
