Sliding Scale: $0 – 108. Code TJ1D20.

New! Online Only: We are now offering this program online only, via Livestream so you may join us remotely. Once registered, you will receive instructions and a Livestream link. We invite you to try this creative form of practice as we navigate the unfolding of the Coronavirus situation. We are continuing to respond by evolving our practices and policies to keep everyone safe and supported, while still serving as a place of refuge and honoring our community’s commitment to the Dharma and sangha.
Description:
This online day retreat will bring together the two rivers of meditation and qigong, as our mindfulness practice freely flows between stillness and motion. This ancient practice both calms and strengthens our nervous system, and restores balance to the mind, body, and spirit. We’ll discover how the integration of these wisdom traditions supports both the effectiveness and the joy of our practice, and opens gateways to insight, wisdom, and freedom.
In community, we’ll connect mindful attention with equanimity as skillful means to more fully embody compassionate presence and well-being, both in our practice and in our lives. This online retreat will include periods of guided and silent meditation, qigong, and dharma teachings.
All levels and abilities warmly welcome!
