Open to all self-identified women.

Patriarchal forces pervade society and the workplace. In turn, we as women are left doubting ourselves, suppressing our wisdom, sacrificing our values, and diminishing our vitality. There is another way.

This day retreat will explore how we can succeed professionally and feel good about it, from the combined perspectives of a Buddhist teacher and a SalesForce executive. We have found that by applying Buddhist wisdom and committing to practice, it’s possible to transform these forces and live an empowered life full of meaning and well-being, both professionally and personally.

The day will include guided meditation, discussion, breakout groups, written reflection, and Q&A.

Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited income) are invited to attend this day for $45.
