ONLINE: Spirit Rock’s programs are now offered online only. Our sliding scale options include financial support for our teachers. We invite you to try this creative form of practice as we take care of one another and respond skillfully to COVID-19.
Ajahn Pasanno will focus on teachings from the Anapanasati Sutta (Mindfulness of Breathing), the Buddha’s detailed teaching on Mindfulness of Breathing. Using the sixteen steps of contemplation with the in and out breathing as their basis, the teachings cover a breadth of training, including body, feelings, settling the mind, and developing insight. The program will include a guided meditation, Dhamma talk, and time for Q&A.
Other donations are also gratefully accepted for Abhayagiri Monastery, though they are by no means required. You can request a current list of needed items by contacting the monastery at (707) 485-1630.
Online registration for our programs is available until 12 noon of the last business day prior to the day of the event (e.g. online registration for a Monday program ends at 12 noon on the prior Friday).
