Description:
The Buddha was sometimes known as “The Happy One.” What is happiness from the perspective of Buddhist teachings? Are there different kinds of happiness? How does the path of practice taught by the Buddha open the door to experiencing this in our life?
This intimate day of teaching, exploration and meditation practice will include discussion, silent reflection, periods of sitting and walking meditation, as well as time for Q&A.
It is appropriate for both beginners and more experienced meditators.
This program will be video and audio recorded for an online audience. By attending, you consent to being videotaped and included in the program recording.
