Description:
We have forgotten our stories and our roots, how to listen, and our connection to nature. Cultivating this awareness demands that we explore our spiritual and ancestral roots, reclaim the strength and power of our relationship with nature, and feel the elemental forces in our bodies, hearts, and consciousness.

Weaving together the teachings of the Buddha and Native American spirituality, we will take a journey of reconnecting with our ancestors, nature, and the practice of mindfulness meditation. Let’s put forth clear intent and effort to awaken our wiser ancestral sense, and deepen our conversations with medicine and spirit, through which we access the intelligence of our heart. All of this starts with observing ourselves, which points out our original thoughts, original beliefs, and our genuine feeling of life.

All levels of practice are welcome.

All are welcome! No one will be turned away for lack of funds as space allows. For more information, please email Registration@spiritrock.org.
