Sliding Scale: Dana Day (by Donation) $0 – 108. Code AO1L18.
Livestream – access for 3 months after the program. Registration open until September 15, 2018.
This program is also available in person. To register for the in-person version of this program, visit this link.
Pre-requisite: This day retreat is for experienced practitioners only, who have had at least 14 days total of silent residential insight/metta retreat practice.
During this day retreat, Bhikkhu Analayo will read and comment on excerpts from his recent book, A Meditator’s Life of the Buddha, followed by guided meditation instructions.
The instructions are aimed at experienced practitioners and presuppose meditative expertise as well as readiness to face our own mortality, as one of the teachings will be on recollection of death. Participants are encouraged to read the book A Meditator’s Life of the Buddha prior to the day retreat.
Online registration for our programs is available until 12 noon of the last business day prior to the day of the event (e.g. online registration for a Monday program ends at 12 noon on the prior Friday). There is an additional $5 fee for registering at the door. If you can’t attend an event you registered for, please see our Cancellation Policy.
