Event Details

Cost: Sliding Scale $75 – 200. Code AD6D18.

These three states of mind are cultivated in insight meditation. We will look deeply at each of these universal qualities as well as explore how they function in our personal experience. Instructions will be given for cultivating each quality, as well as discovering how they synergistically work together. We will look at how to enact these qualities in our lives, as well as how to strengthen them in our practice.

Recommended that you have some experience with insight meditation so that the group can enjoy a depth of exploration.

Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited income) are invited to attend this day for $45.
