5.5 CE credits available for $55 for psychologists and California licensed MFTs, LCSWs, LEPs, LPCCs, nurses, and chiropractors.

Just like a great bird needs two wings to soar, we need both the clarity of wisdom and the kind embrace of compassion to free ourselves from old habits and limiting stories in order to thrive in our lives.

During this day retreat, we will deepen our understanding of how wisdom and compassion are separate yet also interdependent. Together, we will explore them as both concepts as well as embodied practices.

The day will include periods of silence, guided meditations and reflections, as well as small and big group discussions.

Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited income) are invited to attend this day for $45.

Teachings are appropriate for health care professionals as well as the general public. Health care professionals will be able to incorporate the tools and practices offered in this program in ways beneficial to clients or patients. Continuing Education (CE) credit available. See below for attendance requirements and more information.
