Sliding Scale: $75 – 200. Code CY2D18.

The Buddha offered us three ways to practice wise intention: the cultivation of non-harming, lovingkindness, and letting go. In this day retreat, we will look at how we can apply wise intention moment-to-moment in the service of our goals in life.

We will deepen our commitment to Dharma practice through exploring creative ways to cultivate these three aspects of wise intention as skillful means of moving towards freedom from suffering, for ourselves and others, and living an intentional life that is an expression of our deeper values. The day will include periods of guided and walking meditation, written reflection, and Q&A.

Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited income) are invited to attend this day for $45.
